Dr.-Ing. Dietmar Warning was born in the german countryside Prignitz ("Steige
hoch du roter Adler"). He studied physics and technology of electronic devices
in Ilmenau/Thuringen and also design of microelectronic circuits in
Dresden. Since 1979 he was busy in area of IC design and has specialised in
different projects to modeling and simulation of analog and digital circuits.
Within the framework of the BMFT - project "Modellbibliothek fur komplexe
analoge Bauelemente" Mr. Warning since 1992 was authoritative involved in
devlopment of accurate macromodels for operational- and transimpedance
amplifiers. After finnishing these project Mr. Warning was employed as
Circuit & Device Modelling Engineer in a german semiconductor company, where he
mainly entrusted with the characterization of a modern, full implanted
BiCMOS - process.
