Measurement software for the automated execution of measurement programs for electronic devices

The measurement software is used for controlling of SMU's, S-parameter measurement equipment, CV-meters, spectrum analyzers and other things. The big spectrum of measurement hardware, the multiplicity of possible combinations of measurement equipment (SMU's with S-parameter measurement equipment, SMU's with noise measurement equipment etc.) and the continuously rising figure of new electronic parts which are to measure, causes in high demands on the flexibility of the measurement system and the measurement software. • Automated drawing of plots for a graphic control of the results on the display and for a later documentation.
• Build in models of typical electronic parts and measurement equipment for support and beforehand testing of the control scripts and net lists.
