The program system OPTIMOD has a central place in design and data flow for
technological oriented modeling of DAnalyse. This program is used for the
purpose of parameter extraction, which is at most a kind of data acquisition
and transformation.
Following figures are showing results of parameter extraction with OPTIMOD.
Measurement data are compared with model curves before and after extraction
step.
The first two plots depict the fit of a SPICE level3 - Model for n-channel MOS transistor in 1.2um CMOS technology. The extraction was done on a set of 8 different width/length combinations and 120 measurement points each including bulk control.

The next figure contents the result of parameter extraction for the SPICE Gummel - Poon model of a BJT in a full implanted technology related to measured data. The average error for this wide working range is smaller than 9%.
