Special Examinations of electronic devices and assemblies can be made with following equipment:

• Environmental control chamber with thermal-moisture coupling (-60 ... 150 C, 90 %, cycle programmable, computer control, qualify after MIL 883C).
• Wire bonding system for assembly of device and circuit probes in special cases.
